About the RoleWe are building a pool of reliable and proactive General Virtual Assistants to support our clients in the consulting industry. This role involves providing administrative, operational, and client support to help streamline daily business activities.
This is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in remote support roles.
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Assist with data entry, research, and reporting
- Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes
- Support client communications and follow-ups
- Maintain organized records and workflows using digital tools
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Experience supporting consulting or professional services firms is a plus
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Strong time management and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
