 This role specifically is held on-site at our Lockbourne, Ohio fulfillment center. The hours for this role are Monday- Thursday from 7:30pm to 6:00am

What the Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Fulfillment Center Operations Supervisor - Overnight  for our brand-new warehouse in Lockbourne, Ohio!  We're looking for someone to lead our overnight fulfillment team with excitement and expertise, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you'll manage and support your team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You'll also focus on optimizing processes, managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and upholding safety protocols. Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay that is competitive and aligns with industry standards. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.

The estimated pay range for this role is $65,500.00 - $78,000.00

In addition, Babylist offers benefits including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
