The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven TPA Consultant, Specialty Markets to focus and support our most influential constituents, both internal and external. This role is central to our mission of delivering exceptional service, driving retention, and expanding our presence in the upper markets. You’ll be the go-to partner for retention strategy teams, large market sales executives, and other business leaders to help them thrive through tailored solutions and collaborative engagement with TPAs.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Strategic Account Support
Provide dedicated coverage and relationship management for 5–7 national TPA firms, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.Advisory-Based TPA Engagement
Serve as a strategic liaison for advisory-based TPAs such as HUB, OneDigital, and NFP, supporting their unique models and growth strategies.Specialty and Emerging Products
Support TPA firms engaged in our Tax Exempt Market (TEM) and Non-Qualified solutions, helping them deliver value and innovation to clients.Sales & Retention Enablement
Collaborate with sales teams to drive retention and growth across Mid, Large, and Select markets, with a focus on 3(16) fiduciary services and TPA-aligned solutions.Program Development & Innovation
Contribute to the evolution of our TPA program by identifying opportunities for efficiency, deeper collaboration, and scalable success.Experience in TPA relationship management, retirement services, or strategic account support.
Strong understanding of advisory-based business models and fiduciary services.
Ability to manage multiple high-impact relationships with professionalism and agility.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for building programs that serve both partners and clients.
The Team
Fidelity Workplace Investing Sales is a collaborative and fast paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the TPA Program team and ultimately the selling teams to drive sales and grow long term relationships with TPAs, plan sponsors and trusted advisors. You will play a large role in supporting strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional efforts, and inspiring business partners to accelerate Fidelity’s market growth with TPAs.
This is a high-visibility role supporting some of our most critical partners. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we work with TPAs, creating pathways for mutual success, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.
The base salary range for this position is $124,000 - $175,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
