Job Responsibilities: IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD BE BASED IN HOUSTON OR FLEXIBLE TO TRAVEL AS NEEDED.
- Own and directly oversee executive and critical leadership searches, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and workforce needs.
- Serve as the executive owner of all recruiting functions, including professional, technical, leadership, and executive hiring.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent market trends, hiring risks, and workforce planning.
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and internal governance standards.
- Proven experience in leading workplace culture transformation, team development, and engagement strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive strategies for talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and retention to meet organizational goals.
- Demonstrated highly collaborative work style with the ability to partner with and influence key organizational leaders and build high-functioning teams.
- Lead the design and delivery of Talent and OD metrics and dashboards (e.g., turnover, TTF, cost-per-hire).
- Serve as culture steward across the organization.
- Build and establish systems for performance management, workforce planning, and development.
- Drive automation, standardization, and process excellence across all HR operations.
