Job Summary:

The General Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue recognition and growth by leading strategic client engagements and ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative healthcare solutions. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, guiding them in transforming operations with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Client Leadership & Revenue Growth Accountability:
    • Directly accountable for achieving revenue targets and driving sustained revenue growth through strategic client engagement and value delivery.
    • Own client relationships end-to-end, articulating business goals, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing comprehensive project plans.
    • Lead high-level presentations with C-suite executives and key leaders (e.g., RCM, CFO) to foster strong relationships and drive strategic alignment.
    • Proactively manage client expectations and navigate complex situations to ensure continued client satisfaction and value delivery.
    • Act as a “trusted advisor” on how to transform healthcare operations with AI by performing thorough workflow analysis, identifying critical areas for value creation, and providing additional requirements to product teams as necessary.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement creative solutions to deliver client value, continuously seeking opportunities to improve client engagement processes.
  • Product & Internal Resource Coordination:
    • Be the voice of the customer, shaping the product roadmap by identifying new use cases and creating business and product requirements that provide incremental value to the client.
    • Coordinate internal resources effectively to ensure seamless product delivery and client solution implementation.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to deliver solutions that consistently meet client requirements.
  • Relationship Building & Onsite Engagement:
    • Maintain a regular onsite presence (e.g., every two weeks) to build and strengthen relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success, client engagement, account management, and/or product management within the healthcare provider industry. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering complex projects. 
  • Experience with scoping and delivering multiple stakeholder transformation projects 
  • Experience working with AI technologies or healthcare IT solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with health system leadership teams on clinical, operational and/or financial transformation is preferred.

Pay & Benefits: The pay range for this role is between $220,000 and $275,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity, benefits and cash incentives.
