Role Summary
At TBK Bank, we’re looking for a highly skilled and relationship-driven banking professional to join our team as a VP, Senior Commercial Relationship Manager. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor to middle-market businesses, helping them achieve their goals through tailored lending, deposit, and treasury management solutions. You’ll be building strong client partnerships, sourcing new opportunities, and ensuring the highest standards in credit quality and portfolio management.

Day in the Life
Every day brings a mix of strategic conversations, problem-solving, and business growth opportunities. You’ll spend time meeting with clients and prospects, developing solutions that address their unique needs, collaborating with product specialists, and monitoring portfolio health to protect both your clients and the bank. It’s a role that blends business development with thoughtful credit management—perfect for someone who thrives on both relationships and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and grow a portfolio of commercial clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking

  • Develop tailored financial proposals and ensure opportunities meet profitability goals

  • Partner with product specialists to deliver comprehensive banking solutions

  • Review and approve loan requests within authority or present to loan committees for approval

  • Monitor client performance and industry trends to identify risks early

  • Complete loan renewals and modifications on time

  • Maintain compliance with credit, operational, and regulatory requirements

  • Cross-sell additional bank products and refer clients to other business lines when beneficial

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance (or equivalent banking experience)

  • 7–10 years of experience in complex commercial lending for middle-market clients

  • Formal credit training preferred

  • Deep knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory requirements

  • Proven track record of business development and portfolio growth

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $117,501.00 - $178,601.00
