Our category-defining ‘RiskOps’ solution drives better underwriting decisions by operationalizing underutilized data investments and surfacing real-time risk and portfolio insights. We focus on putting insurance underwriters back in the driver’s seat, helping them meet their goals while providing an important service to society.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment across the customer journey

  • Lead key deals and build relationships with top customers and strategic accounts

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team and board

  • Drive a performance-driven, values-aligned sales culture

Role Requirements:

  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience with InsuranceTech Sales is preferred 

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and scaling sales orgs

  • Deep experience with solution selling, value-based selling, and complex deal cycles

  • Strong understanding of the SaaS GTM funnel, from demand generation through close 

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills

  • Data-driven and highly fluent in sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline health

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted to XXX. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.
