Homebot is a Homeownership Platform for Lenders, Real Estate & Insurance Agents that drives client retention and referrals. Homebot’s “special sauce” is that it helps homeowners and homebuyers (aka: our customer’s clients) to build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Banks, Credit Unions, Loan Servicers, Insurance agencies and Title Companies.

As the VP of Product, you’re at the top of your game, you’ve seen and solved a ton of hard challenges, and you’re driven by creating systems that help teams organize to solve complex challenges efficiently. You have a great design sense and product taste. You’re happy when your teams are happy, thriving, and cranking. You’ve been through startups, and some bigger teams, yet you’re still highly product-minded and detail-oriented.
This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office. (We have a hybrid work model in place that allows employees to split their time between working in the office and from home. This role will be expected to work in the office on Tuesday and Thursday each week, with the option to work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The impact you’ll make by joining us:
Within 1 month you will:
Conduct a full assessment of current product management processes, tools, and workflows to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Build relationships with Ira (CPO) and Ernie (CEO) to understand the product vision, expectations, and leadership styles.
Create a “process inventory” outlining what’s in place today across product execution, communication, and delivery.
Establish credibility with cross-functional teams by quickly engaging in active projects, clarifying ownership, and driving alignment.
Within 3 months you will:
Implement improved product management frameworks and operational discipline to reduce chaos and improve predictability.
Strengthen communication between product, engineering, and design to ensure smoother execution and fewer bottlenecks.
Deliver early wins by driving at least one product or feature cycle from planning through execution with measurable outcomes.
Provide Ira and Ernie with visibility into execution progress through reporting, dashboards, or recurring updates.
Within 6 months you will:
Establish a repeatable and scalable product execution process that brings order and efficiency across multiple teams.
Serve as the primary operator translating leadership’s vision into actionable plans with clear priorities and timelines.
Build credibility as a trusted partner who can anticipate challenges, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver results.
Foster a culture of accountability and focus within the product organization by mentoring product managers and modeling strong execution practices.

You will partner with the VP of Engineering to lead the product organization
You will partner with the Executive Team to lead cross-department culture, growth, and scaling
You will be managing:
2-3 Product Managers
2-3 employees on our Design team
What You Bring:
Functions
Lead product execution by bringing operational discipline, process clarity, and accountability to the product organization.
Partner closely with the CPO, CEO, and VP of Engineering to translate product vision into executable roadmaps, goals, and deliverables.
Improve and scale product management processes to increase efficiency, predictability, and team alignment.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Provide visibility into execution progress through consistent communication, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Mentor and develop product managers to improve execution excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management, with 2-3 years of management.
Proven leadership experience, preferably managing product teams in a fast-paced, SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Demonstrated success in launching B2B or DTC products with a growing SaaS company.
Strong product management process and methodology.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
Experience working with AI/ML, automation, and cloud-based service management platforms is highly desirable.
Ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
