As a Product Manager in Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform within the Chief Technology office, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will define the product vision, drive strategy, and oversee the delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly IAM solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform meets business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Job responsibilities 

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers 
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap 
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition 
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability 
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of authentication solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver product features
  • Ensure platform compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)
  • Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences, balancing usability with robust security
  • Monitor platform performance, adoption, and incident metrics; report KPIs to leadership
  • Coordinate response to authentication-related incidents and support customer service teams

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area 
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics 
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management 
  • 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, passwordless, and related protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern authentication technologies
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization 
  • Familiarity with security standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
