What You Will Do

As the Head (VP) of Product Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in Alchemer’s ongoing transformation, helping to build a world-class engineering organization. Reporting directly to
the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for the leadership, performance, and strategic direction of all product development efforts that power Alchemer’s platform and AI
evolution.

You will partner closely with leaders across the Engineering, Product, and Design organizations to shape platform strategy, drive innovation, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-
quality solutions that delight customers and fuel business growth. This is a unique opportunity to scale a high-performing engineering team and lead the adoption of an AI-first mindset during

How You Will Spend Your Days

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $220,000 to $260,000, with eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
