About OneSkin

#BeLimitless with OneSkin

Come redefine the future of aging with us. We're a longevity company. Everything we do, we do to help people age as the best version of themselves.

Our founding team is made up of four PhDs and entrepreneurial minds on a mission to transform the way we think about skin and aging. As the pioneers of skin health and longevity, we create science-based, clinically effective products to optimize skin and body health — supporting people at every step of their "growing limitless" journey. Our approach targets the root causes of aging using a proprietary peptide designed to decrease the accumulation of aged (senescent) cells in the skin, and is the first product proven to reduce skin biological age in humans.

We never settle. We continuously challenge existing treatments and methodologies to advance the frontier of skin science. As we help our customers grow limitless, we grow too — by embracing individuality, leading by example, and empowering ourselves and others with our passion for science, optimal health, and innovation.

About The Role

OneSkin is at an inflection point — scaling from a high-growth DTC brand into a multi-channel, science-led longevity company. We're looking for a VP of Operations to be the operational backbone of that growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a mighty, mission-driven team and help build the infrastructure that will take OneSkin to $150M and beyond. You'll own everything that keeps the business running and scaling: supply chain, fulfillment, ERP, planning, vendor relationships, and cross-functional operational excellence. You'll work closely with a lean leadership team — and you'll need to be both a visionary builder and someone who genuinely loves rolling up their sleeves.

This role reports directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do

Supply Chain & Fulfillment

  • Own end-to-end supply chain strategy: sourcing, manufacturing, inventory planning, and 3PL/fulfillment partner management.
  • Build scalable, resilient processes that support growth across DTC, retail (including Sephora and other prestige channels), and international expansion.
  • Drive cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery across the supply chain.
  • Manage vendor and co-manufacturer relationships with a partnership mindset — and hold them accountable.

ERP & Systems

  • Support the implementation, and adoption of an ERP system that is already in motion, promoting cross-functional change management.
  • Champion data integrity and operational visibility across inventory, orders, and financials.
  • Continuously improve systems and workflows to eliminate friction and scale efficiently

Planning & Financial Operations

  • Own demand planning, S&OP, and inventory forecasting across channels.
  • Partner with Finance to manage COGS, operational budgets, and margin optimization.
  • Develop and track operational KPIs — surfacing insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build and lead a lean but high-performing operations team — hiring, developing, and retaining exceptional people.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Science teams to align operational capacity with business priorities.
  • Be a trusted thought partner to the CEO, CFO and senior leadership team on strategic growth decisions

Who You Are

  • A scrappy, mission-driven operator who knows how to get things done — and leads by example. You don't wait for permission; you build.
  • Experienced scaling a consumer company through the $150M+ growth stage — you've lived the challenges of that journey and know what it takes.
  • A hands-on leader who's as comfortable in the weeds as you are in the boardroom. You can review a PO and present to the board in the same day.
  • Deeply knowledgeable about beauty, wellness, or CPG supply chains — with a strong network and genuine appreciation for the industry.
  • A relationship builder with vendors, partners, and internal teams — you earn trust through follow-through and transparency.
  • Energized by building systems, not just inheriting them. You've implemented an ERP before and know that the hard part isn't the software — it's the change.
  • Analytically sharp, with strong instincts on where to invest operational dollars and where to tighten.
  • Humble enough to be scrappy, confident enough to lead — and deeply motivated by the idea that your work helps people live better, longer.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of operations experience, with significant time in a senior leadership role at a DTC, beauty, wellness, or CPG company.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling a company to $150M+ in revenue — including supply chain, fulfillment, and systems infrastructure.
  • Hands-on ERP implementation experience (NetSuite) in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operational requirements; experience with Sephora or other prestige retail partners is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • West Coast-based preferred; remote candidates must have flexibility to travel to San Francisco regularly.

Why join us?

OneSkin is positioned to be a leading company when it comes to products designed to target skin aging, and has a unique opportunity in fast-growing markets of beauty, wellness and longevity. Our mission is to build a future where aging does not equal limitations or suffering, but simply more years to celebrate life with our loved ones. We are set to redefine how we experience aging in the near future.
