VP of Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives revenue growth in the ambulatory and senior living verticals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, supporting their growth and professional development.
- Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, content, product, PR, and events.
- Drive lead generation and conversion through innovative, data-driven campaigns.
- Own the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and track KPIs to evaluate the success of all initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy, including media relations, press releases, newsletters, and executive presentations.
- Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring proactive, consistent messaging and protecting the company’s reputation.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- Proven experience in the healthcare technology sector, with strong knowledge of the ambulatory and senior living markets.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and the full Adobe suite.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise across marketing disciplines: digital, content strategy, product marketing, and communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in crisis communications and media relations is highly desirable.
