We are in a pivotal stage in our journey at Risepoint to transform us into an AI native organization to deliver a best-in-class experience for our students and university partners and maximize outcomes. Being PE backed provides a unique opportunity to move very quickly and be laser-focused on value.

The technology team is poised to play a leadership role in this transformation as we combine a product management mindset and deep technology expertise to build capabilities that unlock 10x opportunities for the organization and the ecosystem we support.

One of the areas that is key to this transformation is our marketing technology stack. This marketing technology ecosystem supports a multi tenant structure that enables 100+ distinct brands. We are in the initial stages of creating a new ecosystem that includes a new DXP solution, AI capabilities for content generation, hyper personalization and many other capabilities.

We are looking for a VP, Marketing Technology who has experience in this complex marketing technology ecosystem and AI expertise to drive this transformation and support ongoing changes as it unlocks potential for the organization.

The Vice President of Marketing Technology (VP, Martech) is a strategic, cross-functional leader who brings an AI and architecture mindset to Risepoint’s Marketing technology portfolio.  The VP of Martech sets the vision, strategy, and iterative roadmap for Risepoint’s digital marketing products which inform and attract prospective students. This leader owns the technology stack supporting the full product lifecycle – research, prioritization, design, development, launch, measurement and continuous optimization across CMS, campaign automation, analytics, personalization, SEO, and AEO. In support of the North American, UK and Australian regions, the VP of Martech ensures every product is scalable, secure, high performing, and outcome driven, delivering measurable growth and ROI while elevating awareness, acquisition, and engagement throughout the student journey.

We are seeking a transformational leader with expertise in building and launching AI solutions, as well as supporting marketing technology systems for multiple brands (100+). This leader will apply an AI-first mindset to reimagine how technology can be used to transform Risepoint. This includes looking at opportunities to automate the creation of websites using AI tools, templates, and workflows, and build systems to enable discoverability in AI tools.

  • Act as the chief solution architect for complex, cross-functional initiatives, advising on architectural design, guiding architectural decisions across DXP components, with the ability to dive deep into architectural tradeoffs while guiding the implementation team and ensuring the Martech stack evolves to meet enterprise needs.  Build architectures that are pragmatic, cost-effective, and timely, avoiding overly complex or “perfect” systems that delay business outcomes.

Ensure the systems support easy creation and maintenance of multiple brands (100+).
  • Ensure alignment between technology choices and business value, focusing on solutions that are fit-for-purpose and enable organizational agility. Collaborate with Marketing and Technology teams to ensure alignment during times of change. Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships across Business Technology (BT), Marketing & Ops, and international business units, ensuring alignment on shared business goals and outcomes. Drive collaborative development initiatives and lead coordination efforts that span multiple functions to improve enterprise-wide delivery and execution.
