  • Rapid experimentation & prototyping: lead the build-out of functional prototypes and internal tools rapidly using low-code/no-code platforms and traditional development, specifically for B2C feature validation and monetization experiments.
  • Full lifecycle ownership: of engineering activities from concept to production deployment, including design, monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic alignment: shape the B2C product and engineering roadmap in close collaboration with Product, R&D leadership, and other stakeholders such as Growth, CS, and Marketing
  • Data-driven decision making: champion a robust framework for data collection, analysis, and interpretation across B2C products. Own initiatives to meticulously measure the impact of features, assess user behavior, and leverage insights to ensure development efforts are validated by quantifiable results.
  • Mentor and influence: inspire teams across the org to adopt innovative thinking and stay ahead of the curve and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 5+ years in a leadership role focused on driving technical innovation and strategic initiatives (e.g., Chief Architect, Head of Innovation, VP R&D, CTO)
  • Proven track record in leading a large, diverse engineering organization of 10+ people with a focus on delivering high-impact B2C features
