·       Establish regular operating rhythms including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, account reviews, deal inspections, and performance management.

·       Identify and develop future sales leaders as the organization scales.

Own Enterprise Revenue Growth

·       Own the North American enterprise revenue strategy and execution, with accountability for ARR, bookings, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and overall business performance.

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise go-to-market strategy across enterprise accounts.

·       Establish a predictable sales engine with rigorous pipeline, forecast, territory, and opportunity management.

·       Establish clear pipeline generation and coverage expectations across the team.

·       Personally engage in the most strategic and complex opportunities, particularly where executive sponsorship is required.

Build the Enterprise Market

·       Establish 1Kosmos as a leading identity and authentication security platform within North America's enterprise market.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with senior security, IT, identity, and business executives within target accounts.

·       Coach the sales team on executive-level selling and complex, consultative enterprise sales.

·       Develop strategies to penetrate enterprise accounts and expand relationships over time.

·       Create demand through executive outreach, industry events, thought leadership, referrals, and strategic relationships.

·       Represent 1Kosmos at key industry events and with customers, partners, analysts, and other strategic stakeholders.

Drive Strategic Account and Deal Execution

·       Establish account strategies for the company's highest-value enterprise prospects and customers.

·       Provide executive leadership and deal strategy on complex, high-value opportunities.

·       Coach sellers through multi-stakeholder sales processes involving technical evaluations, procurement, legal, security, finance, and executive decision-makers.

·       Develop strong relationships with economic buyers and executive sponsors.

·       Ensure disciplined opportunity qualification, deal strategy, mutual action planning, negotiation, and close execution.

·       Identify opportunities for expansion, cross-sell, and increased adoption within strategic accounts.

Lead Cross-Functional GTM Execution

·       Partner closely with Marketing to build brand awareness, generate enterprise demand, and clearly communicate 1Kosmos' differentiated value.

·       Work closely with Pre-Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience from opportunity through deployment and expansion.

·       Partner with Product and Engineering to bring customer and market insights into product strategy and roadmap discussions.

·       Bring market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights back to the broader organization to influence product, marketing, and GTM strategy.

·       Establish strong alignment across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership.

·       Proven ability to develop and execute both direct and partner-led sales strategies.

·       Significant experience building productive relationships with distributors, VARs, GSIs, and strategic technology partners.
