The VP of Digital Product will serve as a strategic, collaborative leader responsible for shaping the digital product vision in close partnership with clinical, operations, engineering and strategy teams. This role ensures our digital tools and platforms meaningfully support care delivery, enhance clinician and field workflows and advance our mission to improve outcomes for patients. By integrating user insights, operational realities, and emerging AI capabilities, the VP of Digital Product will guide a cohesive product portfolio that delivers measurable value while fostering alignment across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Shape the digital product strategy in close collaboration with clinical & operations leaders.
- Co-develop a digital product strategy that supports Monogram’s care model, workflow realities, and goals. Ensure the roadmap reflects shared priorities. Roadmap will be inclusive of AI initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional product discovery and requirements definition.
- Facilitate structured discovery with Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, etc., to better understand problems, validate opportunities, and translate insights into clear product requirements. Ensure produce decisions are ground in real-world constraints and business value.
- Advance an AI-First Product Portfolio.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to embed AI into the product ecosystem in ways that enhance clinical decision support, care navigation, workflow efficiency and member engagement. Promote responsible & workflow-aligned AI adoption across product surfaces.
- Drive product governance, prioritization and ROI alignment.
- Steward a transparent, collaborative process for intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning. Partner with business leaders to align value, feasibility and timing. Ensure product investments are tied to clear success metrics and shared organizational goals.
- Partner with change management and operations team to support successful adoption.
- Work closely with teams responsible for training, rollout, and change management to ensure products are intuitive and operationally ready. Provide clear workflows, user insights and feedback loops that help teams succeed without owning the rollout itself.
- Build and lead a high-performing product organization.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a strong team of product managers, analysts & designers. Establish standards for discovery, design quality and cross-functional collaboration. Foster a culture of curiosity, clarity and continuous improvement.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive product leadership experience, including senior ownership of large‑scale digital products or platforms
- Demonstrated success defining and scaling enterprise digital product strategies across web, mobile, and API ecosystems
- Proven experience leading product leaders within complex, matrixed organizations
- Executive‑level communication skills, with experience influencing C‑suite stakeholders and health system partners
