The Role
CluePoints is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Vice President, Commercial Programs to serve as the Chief Commercial Officer's growth operating partner and execution leader.
Acting as an extension of the CCO, this role is responsible for translating commercial strategy into disciplined GTM execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Commercial Operations. The VP Growth Operations will ensure that strategic growth initiatives, sales motions, operating rhythms, performance management systems, and accountability frameworks are executed consistently, measured rigorously, and continuously optimised.
As CluePoints advances its transformation from a leading Risk-Based Quality Management provider to a Clinical Quality Intelligence platform, this leader will play a critical role in orchestrating the commercial operating system required to accelerate growth, improve execution quality, increase forecast confidence, and support CluePoints' journey toward becoming a category-defining market leader.
This is not a traditional marketing, sales operations, or revenue operations role. It is a cross-functional GTM growth leadership position responsible for ensuring the organisation executes with rigour, visibility, accountability, and speed.
While the Chief Commercial Officer focuses on customers, strategic opportunities, category leadership, executive engagement, partnerships, industry influence, and board-level priorities, the VP Commercial Programs ensures the commercial organisation executes effectively against those priorities.
