Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
Own and grow a $15–20M portfolio of healthcare accounts with a primary focus on and the broader specialty pharmacy and provider ecosystem, with accountability for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and overall account performance
Act as a hands-on Client Partner, directly engaging with clients and leading day-to-day account strategy and execution while maintaining close alignment with delivery teams and business stakeholders
Identify and shape opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and applied AI to drive business outcomes and enhance client value
Build and expand relationships across specialty pharmacy, provider organizations, and relevant stakeholders within the healthcare value chain, including engagement with drug manufacturers where applicable
Drive business transformation initiatives by translating client challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value
Partner closely with Business Development to identify, shape, and close new opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring alignment between client needs and Bounteous’ capabilities
Lead account planning, pipeline development, and growth strategy, with a focus on expanding relationships and increasing wallet share within key accounts
Own and deliver against account growth targets, with expectations of sustained year-over-year expansion through relationship development and solution-led engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across consulting, engineering, and delivery to ensure the successful execution of client engagements and alignment to business objectives
Oversee financial performance of accounts, including forecasting, revenue tracking, margin management, and risk mitigation
Develop and communicate clear client value narratives, articulating how transformation initiatives drive business impact and support client priorities
Operate effectively within a lean engagement model, maintaining visibility across both strategic direction and execution details while ensuring accountability for outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
15+ years of experience in client services, account management, or consulting roles within healthcare, with a strong focus on provider systems, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare distribution environments
Proven experience managing and growing large client portfolios, with direct accountability for revenue, client relationships, and delivery outcomes
Demonstrated experience working within the specialty pharmacy and provider ecosystem, including familiarity with how these organizations interact with drug manufacturers and broader healthcare stakeholders
Background in consultative, transformation-led environments where the focus is on solving business problems through technology-enabled solutions rather than large-scale program delivery alone
Experience leading and supporting digital transformation initiatives, including work across cloud, data and analytics, and applied AI solutions
Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows, particularly within provider organizations, specialty pharmacy, or adjacent healthcare services environments
Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders, including C-suite clients, while also remaining close to execution and delivery teams
Proven track record of driving account growth through relationship expansion, opportunity identification, customer retention, and solution development
Strong commercial acumen, including experience with account planning, pipeline management, financial forecasting, and contract oversight
Excellent communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value and business outcomes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
