Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
The VP Channel Partnership has a strong business orientation and is responsible for achieving the sales targets to meet the company objectives. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and drive customer satisfaction for the organization.
Achieves quarterly and annual sales quotas in support of Crossover Health’s growth strategy and objectives
Actively prospect, build relationships and secure deals with large accounts (10,000 employees and above)
Plan and conduct targeted sales presentations according to prospects needs/culture
Use market data to enhance key messaging to prospects
Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with marketing
Consistent and proactive use of CRM technology to provide transparency and effective forecasting
Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis
Works in partnership with lead generation teams to convert leads to active sales opportunities
Manages multiple channel selling strategies. Including Consultants, Brokers, and Healthsystems
Cross functional work with Marketing, Business Development and Account Management teams
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related field
10+ years experience in sales, 3+ years experience in selling healthcare benefits
Expertise in consultative approach to sales
Experience working with C-level decision-makers within organizations
Demonstrable track record of successfully selling into enterprise customers
Strong referenceable enterprise customers
Strong track record of consistently meeting / exceeding yearly quotas in the enterprise segment
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience selling Direct Primary Care Services
Established contacts in our target markets
Physical Job Requirements
50% travel to client locations domestically
May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.
Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.
Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
