Minute Media is accelerating its position as a next-generation AI-powered media and technology company. This role exists to identify, structure, and scale high-value AI partnerships — both on-platform and off-platform — that unlock meaningful new revenue streams and strategic growth opportunities.
The VP, AI Business Development & Strategic Partnerships will focus on commercializing AI-driven opportunities across content, distribution, advertising, data, licensing, and technology integrations. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to originate, close, and scale partnerships that materially contribute to company revenue and long-term strategic positioning.
What You’ll Do
- Originate and close high-impact AI partnerships that generate multi-million-dollar incremental revenue
- Build a scalable pipeline of AI-driven commercial opportunities
- Establish strategic relationships with leading AI platforms and emerging players
- Launch integrated AI products and monetization models across Minute Media’s brands and technology platforms
- Position Minute Media as a preferred AI partner within the media ecosystem
The expected salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $170,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.This position is also eligible for performance-based compensation. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) with company match.
What You Have:
- 8-10+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Revenue-focused roles
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-million-dollar technology or platform partnerships
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven products (LLMs, generative AI, data platforms, personalization, AI video, etc.)
- Background in media, ad tech, SaaS, platform ecosystems, or digital marketplaces
- Strong experience negotiating revenue-share, licensing, and platform integration agreements
- Proven track record of building new revenue lines from emerging technologies
- Ability to attend in person meetings/ travel as needed to support partner relationships and business objectives
