Virtual Lien Analyst Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist Lien Analysts with organizing and managing medical bills, liens, and supporting documentation.
• Contact medical providers to verify account balances, request billing information, and ensure claims are billed to insurance when appropriate.
• Prepare and organize closing documents and other case-related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the case management system.
• Review files for accuracy and identify billing discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Track outstanding requests and follow up with providers to ensure timely responses.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Provide administrative support to ensure cases move efficiently through the settlement process.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and case management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a legal, medical, administrative, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with personal injury law, medical billing, or lien resolution is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
