The Virtual Assistant will support an executive by managing correspondence, coordinating calendars, tracking projects, and handling social media communications.

Our client is looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to a busy executive. Operating in the productivity software space, they have built an award-winning Apple-native business management platform that helps thousands of small service-based businesses streamline their CRM, sales, and project workflows, earning consistent recognition for innovation within the Apple ecosystem in recent years. This position is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in keeping things organized, communicates clearly, and thrives on making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound and outbound email correspondence, making certain that no message is overlooked and every thread receives the attention it deserves.
- Coordinate and maintain the executive's calendar, including meetings, podcast appearances, interviews, and other engagements.
- Track ongoing initiatives and project milestones, keeping internal teams synchronized and accountable for deliverables.
- Monitor and respond to social media communications across platforms, with a particular focus on timely LinkedIn message follow-ups.
- Provide proactive support across day-to-day operational needs as they arise.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Strong skills in inbox management, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Hands-on experience handling social engagement, particularly LinkedIn outreach and message threads.
- Working knowledge of project tracking and follow-up processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Reliable, organized, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities.
