Think of the role as part gatekeeper, part collaborator, someone who protects my time and energy while keeping everything running smoothly.
The day-to-day includes:
- Managing Zoom meeting bookings and calendar scheduling
- Handling email and message correspondence on my behalf
- Supporting live Zoom sessions (participant access, screen sharing help, managing Q&A)
- Working with Google Spreadsheets
- Collating notes and helping organise projects
- Research tasks as needed
What matters most:
- You're reliable, self-directed, and pay attention to detail
- You're comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, and general tech troubleshooting
- You communicate clearly and simply
- You're the kind of person who notices what needs doing without being told
- You're happy to learn how someone else thinks and adapt to their rhythm

- Remote / flexible hours
- Pay discussed after skills screening
If you're someone who enjoys making things work behind the scenes, let me hear from you.
Interview:
You are invited to a group zoom interview screening workshop with multiple applicants.
For those who are a potential good fit there will be an additional interview and then a paid work trial.
We know we can't tell who you are or how good of a fit you are from your Resume / CV
This is why in our process we interview every applicant first in our Noticing Game
This makes sure we don't miss out on anyone who is a perfect fit
It also means that you apply once and you are considered for our other roles now and in the future
There is nothing you need to prepare for this session
It will be conducted in English, and be predominantly written, however you will need to be on a computer and your video screen on
I look forward to seeing you in this session
