As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be part of a remote team that delivers professional, reliable, and friendly service across a variety of industries.
We are seeking dependable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistants to join our remote call center team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as perform additional off-the-phone responsibilities as assigned. These duties may include administrative support, scheduling, data entry, client communications, and more, depending on the client’s specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, or outreach as required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using client-specific systems.
Perform off-phone tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing data, managing emails, or handling administrative duties.
Adapt to various client workflows and expectations.
Follow all privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards (including HIPAA where applicable).
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure seamless support and client satisfaction.
Other duties assigned by leader and/or Client.
