JOB TITLE: Virtual Assistant

REPORTS TO: Executive

SCOPE OF POSITION: The Virtual Assistant role is a part-time, contractor position within the WorkrBee team. You chose how many hours you want to work per week! It could be anywhere from 8 to 40 hours/week, depending on your availability and the client's need.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Email inbox management
  • Ability to manage an online calendar
  • Ability to edit and format documents
  • Set up simple email campaigns
  • Manage reimbursement requests
  • Pay bills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Simple CRM management skills
  • Book travel (airfare, rental car, hotel) - International travel booking experience is a plus
  • Push tasks to the finish line 
  • Comfortable working with ministry leaders & pastors
  • Your favorite line is "how can I help?" :)

QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants must have:

  • 2 years of Virtual Assisting experience [preferred]
  • Non-profit or ministry experience [preferred]
  • Portrays confidence and professional authority
  • Ability to anticipate needs 
  • High level of loyalty and discretion 
  • Must have some day-time availability (9am-5pm) to receive emails, take calls, and join zoom meetings when needed
  • High-level working experience with platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc.
  • Tech Savvy and able to adapt and learn new software
  • Forward thinking - you anticipate needs or problems before they arise
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
