Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and conducting research. You should be tech-savvy, communicative, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to emails, messages, and other communications
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Perform online research and compile reports or summaries
Create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and documents
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with social media management (posting, scheduling, engagement)
Support customer service and respond to inquiries as needed
Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
Invoice clients and track payments if required
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
0-5 years of experience
Tech-savvy and proficient in using various software and tools
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
$15 - $20 hourly
