The Crown Is Yours
As a VIP Acquisition Partnerships and Program Manager, you'll sit at the forefront of our high-impact strategy to grow the VIP customer base. Reporting to the Head of VIP Acquisition & Lifecycle, you'll lead and expand a dynamic portfolio of partnerships while driving initiatives that attract and convert top-tier customers. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to build standout programs, deliver memorable activations, and drive measurable results.
What you'll do as a VIP Acquisition Partnerships and Program Manager
  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of DraftKings' VIP Acquisition partnerships portfolio.
  • Partner with Business Development and Growth Marketing to identify, evaluate, and launch new VIP partnerships.
  • Build and execute integrated VIP Acquisition initiatives and experiential events that align with strategic goals.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration across Player Development, Events, Gifting, Partnerships, Content Operations, and Revenue Operations.
  • Own budget oversight for all VIP Acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment to ROI and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, vendors, and stakeholders across initiatives.
  • Deliver detailed performance reporting and recommendations to leadership, driving continuous improvement.

What you'll bring
  • At least 6 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale programs and managing multiple projects at once.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience presenting recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership.
  • A data-informed mindset with strong business judgment and a focus on ROI.
  • Background in planning and executing events, activations, or experiential campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
  • Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 108,000.00 USD - 135,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
