This includes video content featuring our employees and leaders that's shared on our internal and external channels.
We're looking for a skilled storyteller with a proven track record of creating compelling, dynamic content, and who is experienced in collaborating with corporate communications teams. You are comfortable both bringing new ideas to the table and delivering on the ideas of our leaders and team members. You're skilled in both traditional video production and modern AI-powered workflows. You can manage a fast-paced and high-visibility workload, are a quick and creative thinker, excel in building relationships, are flexible, and bring rigorous attention to detail and urgency to everything you do. You also like to have some fun along the way (no stale corporate videos here!).
In a nutshell, the ideal candidate will be a creative, seasoned videographer/editor with a strong passion for crafting emotional, bold, consumer-grade, people-focused content. With in-person video shoots as a key requirement of this role, the candidate will be based in Santa Clara, our corporate headquarters location. A portfolio of relevant video content samples will be requested.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $111,700 - $170,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

How you'll do it:
- Create video content featuring our employees, leaders, offices around the world, and unique components of our culture to be shown on our internal and external channels.
- Lead in-person shoots in Santa Clara and other office locations around the world (includes monthly CEO shoots).
- Participate in creative brainstorming of new video concepts that help meet our desired business outcomes.
- Lead full video production workstream for projects including development of workback schedules, contracting vendors as needed for special effects, video talent or on-site crew, and guiding pre- and post-production logistics.
- Manage multiple concurrent video projects, ranging from simple editing work to full productions. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines and can quickly turn around updated versions of the same video.
- Work with content producers to edit all footage into final versions; create social cuts for our internal and external channels.
- Partner with our other videographers and editors on the team to deliver projects, offer creative ideas, and develop best practices.
Qualifications
Desired knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- 8-10 years video production experience, preferably including some in corporate or employee communications
- Required to work in the Santa Clara office frequently
- Willingness to travel for occasional national/international video projects required
- Ability to flex with fast growth and frequent change, and adapt plans and approaches in real-time (experience in a hypergrowth tech company is a plus!)
- Experience crafting executive-level video content/working with senior executives.
- Expert at working in a matrixed environment and strong cross-functional collaboration skills across agency partners, business partners, and vendors
- Exceptional storytelling capability across multiple media
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously and drive strong work-back plans
- Must be familiar with use, setup, and breakdown of cameras and film/lighting/audio equipment. Knowledge of Sony and Black Magic is a plus.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Premiere, AfterEffects, PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience using AI-powered editing tools to streamline pre- and post-production
- Curiosity to use emerging AI tools and workflows
- Script writing, set production, direction and animation skills are a plus
