Why does this role exist?
This role exists to immediately own and accelerate video-led content creation, social execution, and AI-driven workflow improvements so the practice maintains a consistent, high-impact presence without taking time from the doctor/leadership. The specialist will proactively recommend platform priorities, generate and edit video content, and publish across channels to drive measurable momentum. The client needs someone experienced and self-directed who can ramp within days and operate independently while the client is on the move.
The Impact you’ll make
End-to-end video production
- Record or coordinate recordings; guide on-camera talent; manage lighting/audio basics
- Edit short-form and long-form videos; add captions, motion graphics, hooks, and CTAs
- Prepare multiple cuts per platform (vertical, square, horizontal), and organize a content library
Social strategy, planning, and execution
- Recommend priority platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, and others) with rationale
- Build a content calendar; draft copy, hashtags, and schedule posts
- Post consistently, engage with comments/messages, and iterate based on performance
Presentation creation and sales enablement
- Build high-quality Keynote presentations and collateral for patient education and referrals
- Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across decks, thumbnails, and social assets
AI implementation and workflow optimization
- Integrate AI tools for scripting, repurposing long-form to shorts, captioning, thumbnails, and scheduling
- Create repeatable SOPs to speed ideation, editing, approvals, and posting
- Proactively suggest and implement workflow improvements to reduce client time
Reporting, communication, and continuous improvement
- Track and report weekly metrics and insights; recommend next steps
- Communicate primarily via text, supported by quick calls and email, to keep work moving
- Test content formats and hooks; double down on what works for growth and inquiries
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on video recording and editing with a portfolio of short-form and long-form content
- Proven social media strategy and execution experience, especially Instagram and TikTok
- Strong Keynote presentation skills with a track record of building polished, on-brand decks
- Demonstrated AI proficiency applied to content and marketing workflows (e.g., scripting, repurposing, captioning, scheduling)
- High initiative self-starter who ramps quickly and operates independently with minimal guidance
WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
