Vice President:

The Vice President, Technical Delivery, is a senior leadership role responsible for directing the strategy, execution, and management of the entire technical delivery portfolio. This executive will lead large, cross-functional teams, drive the successful launch of complex, large-scale technology solutions, and align the technical delivery roadmap with DaVita’s overarching business goals. They will partner with executive stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and impactful solutions that advance our mission.

·  Portfolio & Delivery Leadership:

  • Direct the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle for a large portfolio of products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Oversee the execution of major technology initiatives, holding teams accountable for meeting the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Provide executive oversight on project milestones, financial management, and resource allocation across the portfolio.

·  Executive Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing organization of directors, managers, and technical teammates (including engineering, product, QA, and project management).
  • Foster a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Define and execute a long-term vision for the technical delivery organization, including organizational planning and development of future leaders.

·  Executive & Stakeholder Partnership:

  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, managing expectations and communicating progress, risks, and strategic recommendations regarding the technology delivery portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional executives and business leaders to ensure technology solutions align with customer needs and drive business value.

·  Strategic Process & Innovation :

  • Drive the continuous improvement and evolution of enterprise-wide product delivery methodologies, workflows, and governance to enhance efficiency, predictability, and effectiveness.
  • Champion the identification and resolution of systemic roadblocks or risks that could impact strategic delivery.

·  Other duties as assigned

The Salary Range for the role is $175,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year.
