We’d Love to See:
- 15+ year experienced practitioner in the fraud mitigation, management and solutions space with 5+ years of senior level leadership experience including a strong background in product management and portfolio strategy

Impact You'll Make:
We are seeking a VP Strategy, Planning and Operations for our Global Fraud Solutions Team. The role at TransUnion is accountable for the following key areas; business planning and strategy including in period and longer term time horizons, operational strategy and planning across operating regions globally, cross regional operational optimization, organic and inorganic growth planning, and global market analysis and representation.
This leader will be responsible for both helping develop long-term, solution-driven strategies to meet TransUnion’s growth and profitability objectives, as well as driving business analytics and insights globally, across the fraud risk solutions portfolio. They will be primarily focused on building and stewarding the implementation of the Global Fraud Solutions overall strategic 3-year plan, revenue forecasts, and corporate (Board, CEO) reporting.
The role will need to keep abreast of emerging technologies, data, and customer use cases across products, verticals and regions in order to look for connections, threats, and opportunities for Global Fraud Solutions. Using that insight, the role integrates, stress-tests and helps develop multi-year strategic growth initiatives. The role is also responsible for developing and/or reviewing business cases and financial models, which support associated investments, and quantify the value delivered by the strategies.
- Build and steward the global Fraud Risk prioritization processes and the development of the strategic 3-year plan to include organic and inorganic analysis and strategy across the global portfolio
- Coordinate the development of the Fraud Risk Solutions forecasts across global teams, including facilitating the engagement with Markets partners to debate, refine, and finalize the financial plans and identify key areas of investment needed
- Develop and manage processes and coordination of strategy and planning activities across Global Fraud Solutions, which includes monthly business reviews and other corporate reporting such as Board presentations, Town Hall presentations, CEO reviews, and quarterly cross-functional business reviews
- Support the execution of selected Global Fraud Solutions strategy projects, collaborating with relevant functional leaders to create and maintain plans that have clear and measurable targets while tracking and report progress against business growth plans
- Overseeing M&A diligence and integrations activities for Global Fraud Solutions along with tracking progress and leading engagements on any minority investments
- Gather market intelligence on macro-economic and industry trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory changes and hurdles, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Represent Global Fraud Solutions in the market via analyst and public relations activity.
- Manage and direct technical and channel partner strategy for Global Fraud Solutions.
- Manage global center of excellence for ongoing client success.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $193,500.00 - $406,500.00 *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
