As the Vice President of Sales at Vumedi, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, setting strategic sales objectives, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and work directly with senior leadership to drive the company's overall sales strategy.

What you'll do:

  1. Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize their potential.
    • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding customer expectations and driving results.
  2. Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share and enhance VuMedi's competitive position.
  3. Customer Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
    • Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to shape product and service offerings.
  4. Sales Operations:

    • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Establish and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Implement and manage sales technology tools and CRM systems to drive productivity.
  5. Sales Performance Analysis:

    • Regularly analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
    • Implement data-driven decision-making to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Budget and Resource Management:

    • Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
    • Work with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales revenue.
  7. Compliance and Ethics:

    • Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with industry regulations and VuMedi's ethical standards.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling high-performing sales teams in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with sales technology tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
