- Time Zone Alignment: Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule that overlaps with Pacific Standard Time (PST) for a minimum of 6 hours daily.
- Travel Accessibility: Residency within close proximity to a major international airport to facilitate the required 50% global travel to regional teams and key customers.
The Role: Strategic Architect & Commercial Leader
- Market Expansion: Lead the charge in capturing the high-volume potential of the 2D smart camera market, significantly broadening LMI's addressable global footprint.
- Technical Partnership: Serve as the critical liaison to Product Management and R&D, leveraging market intelligence to help define future product roadmaps that the market can't ignore.
- Revenue Excellence: Own the global sales forecast and P&L, focusing on revenue quality, contribution margin improvement, and strategic product mix.
- Channel Mastery: Direct the global channel strategy—Distributors, SIs, and OEMs—to maximize market share and exercise senior authority on high-value contracts.

- The Technical Strategist: You hold an Engineering or Commerce degree and possess at least 10 years of professional sales leadership experience.
