Job Description - Vice President of Revenue Operations (ROPS)
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to drive operational strategy, execution, and innovation for DaVita's revenue cycle team. This executive leader will be a leader in shaping the technology roadmap, optimizing financial performance, and leading transformational initiatives that ensure growth and operational excellence.

What will you do?
Enterprise Operational Leadership:
- Direct and oversee strategies that optimize and grow yield within revenue cycle
- Spearhead initiatives that leverage technology and data to maximize growth potential and improve efficiency
- Lead continuous process improvement efforts to enhance revenue cycle design and process
- Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure operational efficiency in revenue management through a combination of leading best practices, developing team members, and innovation
Strategic Vision & Problem-Solving:
- Develop and carry out a multi-year technology and operational strategy to support business growth
- Align revenue operations with evolving healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes
- Oversee complex problem-solving efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Serve as a thought leader, identifying opportunities for innovation and operational transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure revenue operations is positioned as a strategic business enabler
Leadership / Creating a Special Place:
- Manage and lead a high-performing team, driving engagement, talent development, and succession planning
- Manage a geographically dispersed team, including 6 direct reports, 300 indirect teammates
- Lead a growing, socially responsible business that strives to be the role model for American Healthcare
- Lead through influence, providing strategic guidance and effecting change outside of lane in the interest of bettering the overall organization
- Coach, motivate and develop teammates through formal and informal feedback and development opportunities in alignment with DaVita's Mission and Core Values
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with senior executives to define organizational priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data and industry best practices
- Develop and deliver presentations on revenue operations performance, trends, and strategic initiatives
- Translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights for key stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, or related field)
- 10+ years of leadership experience in revenue operations or in an operational leadership role, preferably within a similar industry with comparable scale
- Proven track record of leading large-scale teams in a complex operational environment achieving financial objectives
- Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and process optimization
- Strong ability to influence at the executive level as well motivate their team to drive organization-wide change
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to manage budgets along with a large team
- Experience navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks in healthcare revenue operations a plus

Salary/ Wage Range
$200,000.00 - $300,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
