VP Product, Verified Voices
Numerator is seeking an experienced Vice President of Product to lead our Verified Voices survey product. As the senior product leader for this fast-growing business, you will own the product that's reshaping how the world's biggest brands understand consumers. This role is ideal for a fast-paced product executive with deep experience in insights and software development who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and commercialization. You will be a highly visible leader for one of Numerator’s most important growth engines and will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
-
Own and evolve a sharp, differentiated product vision and strategy for Verified Voices that reflects where our customers and panelists are headed, not just where they are today.
-
Turn that vision into a focused, transparent roadmap, making hard tradeoffs on what we build next and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on the “why” behind every bet.
-
Take a product that’s already growing fast and make it grow faster, using product strategy, packaging, and execution to convert momentum into outsized revenue and customer impact.
-
Lead, mentor, and develop the Verified Voices product team, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, and high performance.
-
Act as a champion for both customers and panelists, regularly engaging with clients, prospects, and internal experts to deeply understand needs, test concepts, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
-
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data/Platform teams to ensure execution quality, clear requirements, and on-time delivery of high-impact product releases.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Research Consulting, Finance, and Operations to align on strategy, messaging, launch plans, and ongoing performance of the product.
-
Shape and evolve pricing, packaging, and commercial strategies for Verified Voices in partnership with Commercial and Finance teams, ensuring our offerings reflect value and unlock sustainable growth.
-
Serve as an internal and external ambassador for Verified Voices, representing the product in executive forums, company-wide updates, customer meetings, and industry events.
-
Coordinate priorities and dependencies with other Numerator product teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end experiences, well-managed tradeoffs, and effective use of shared resources.
-
Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in product management, including at least 5 years leading product teams and owning strategy and roadmaps for B2B or data/insights products.
-
Deep experience in the market research industry, with strong familiarity with survey-based research, methodologies, and how insights are purchased and used by brands and agencies.
-
Curiosity and fluency in emerging product and AI trends, with a track record of thoughtfully applying new technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation) to create differentiated, scalable solutions for customers.
-
Proven track record of building and scaling products that drive meaningful revenue growth and customer impact.
-
Demonstrated ability to drive an accelerated pace, setting ambitious goals, removing obstacles, and establishing operating rhythms that enable teams to move quickly while maintaining quality and alignment.
-
Experience shaping and iterating pricing and packaging strategies and partnering closely with GTM and Finance on commercialization.
-
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use both quantitative data and qualitative insight to inform decisions, make tradeoffs, and measure impact.
-
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly convey strategy, decisions, and rationale to executives, cross-functional partners, and customers.
-
Collaborative leadership style with a track record of building trust and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
-
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, moving fluidly from long-term direction-setting to hands-on problem solving with teams.
-
Executive presence and maturity, with comfort representing the product and business with senior leaders, key customers, and external partners.
-
An inclusive and collaborative company culture that fosters innovation, ownership, and growth.
-
Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including health/vision/dental insurance, 401K matching, and more.
-
Opportunities for professional development through leadership training, mentorship, and access to industry conferences.
-
Flexible work arrangements, including generous PTO and remote work options (where applicable).
-
The chance to shape the future of Numerator’s survey business and play a central role in one of the company’s most important growth initiatives.
