- Vision and Innovation: Provides visionary leadership in shaping the future direction of our product portfolio. Identifies new product opportunities and drives innovation to stay ahead of market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with product managers, engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy. Fosters a culture of cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
- Market Analysis: Conducts market research and analysis to identify market opportunities and assess competitive landscape. Uses data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitors and analyzes product performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Uses data to drive continuous improvement and optimize product offerings.
- Thought Leadership: Ability to synthesize market trends, company innovation, and public audiences. Communicates product differentiation to senior audiences.
- Go-to-market support and evangelism: Engages with customers and key accounts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 12-15+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience creating comprehensive and complete synthesis of market trends, company innovation, and public audiences.
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing product teams.
- Experience in a leadership role within a technology or software company.
- Experience in developing product strategies for complex and innovative products.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
