Job Description
As our Vice President of Product Management, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our product portfolio while driving growth, innovation, and market leadership within the therapy space. This role is designed for a strategic and hands-on product executive who thrives on turning ideas into meaningful outcomes for clinicians, patients, and the business.What You’ll Do
Lead with Vision
Define and communicate a compelling, long-term product vision aligned with Ensora Health’s strategy and purpose.
Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps that expand our reach into adjacent markets and customer segments.
Partner with the executive team to translate business priorities into actionable product strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
Shape the Market
Stay ahead of industry trends, payer shifts, and regulatory changes to ensure our products remain differentiated and future-ready.
Build a deep understanding of our customers and the therapy market to inform product direction and innovation.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive successful go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Build and Inspire Teams
Lead and develop a talented team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
Foster a culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Champion a product-led mindset that connects every initiative back to customer impact and business value.
Deliver with Excellence
Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Implement scalable product planning processes including PI planning, quarterly reviews, and release governance.
Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure teams are set up for success.
Influence Across the Organization
Serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth launches, customer migrations, and measurable product impact.
What You Bring
15+ years in SaaS Product Management, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven experience building and scaling multi-product SaaS portfolios, ideally within healthcare technology (behavioral health experience preferred).
Deep knowledge of EMR/RCM workflows, regulatory landscapes, and reimbursement models.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Strong financial and operational acumen, comfortable managing P&Ls, budgets, and business cases.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with a presence that builds confidence across executives, teams, and customers.
Strategic and adaptable, equally comfortable setting long-term vision and diving into day-to-day execution.
