We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to stand up our new People Technology & Operations center of expertise (COE). This role will be instrumental in developing and delivering a comprehensive people innovation strategy that aligns with the organization's short and long term goals and objectives.
Reporting to the CHRO, the Vice President, People Technology & Operations is a key leadership role responsible for the strategy and execution of HR technology, workforce intelligence, and workforce compliance to enhance the overall employee experience while ensuring scalability and proper governance in a rapidly evolving business environment. This position is a hybrid role which involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
People Technology & Operations
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR technology, ensuring scalability, efficiency as well as seamless integration and optimization of all people systems.
- Lead HR-related system implementations, upgrades, AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Identify new technologies, trends, and industry best practices to drive innovation in people systems, digital experience, and workforce intelligence.
- Build and lead a high-performing People Technology & Operations team, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Workforce Intelligence
- Build and scale a data-driven HR analytics function, delivering insights on talent trends, retention, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Establish and drive a deeply data-driven approach to HR operations, developing predictive analytics, real-time dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track key workforce metrics, optimize HR processes, and enhance strategic decision-making.
Compliance, Risk Management & Governance
- Provide guidance and solutions to ensure HR systems, processes and policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as applicable global compliance standards.
- Ensure HR data governance and compliance with enterprise reporting standards.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and HR leaders to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all HR systems.
Leadership & Change Management
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new technologies, optimize HR service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing People Technology & Operations team, driving innovation and operational excellence.
- Partner with HRLT, Finance, IT, and Legal to align operational strategies with business needs.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS + 15 years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, or people analytics, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), process automation, and shared services.
- Experience leading large-scale HR technology transformations and process optimizations.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and workforce analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to drive transformation, challenge conventional HR practices, and implement AI-driven, data-informed solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Strong growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt, and lead innovation in rapidly evolving technological landscapes.
- Passion for AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making, with expertise in leveraging analytics to optimize HR programs and workforce planning.
- A track record of building and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Master's degree in digital technology, or related field.
