Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, this role owns the finance systems roadmap and partners closely with Finance leadership, Corporate IT, and the business to modernize how finance operates, delivers insight, and builds capacity for higher‑value work. The position translates finance strategy into a sequenced technology and operating model roadmap while balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term capability building. This leader oversees the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of finance‑specific technologies and serves as Finance’s primary interface with Corporate IT. • Own the end‑to‑end finance system strategy and multi‑year roadmap aligned to Finance transformation phases.

  • Remain accountable for ERP, planning, reporting, data, analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled finance systems.

  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend future investments.

  • Lead the evolution of finance workflows by standardizing and simplifying processes before automation.

  • Build and scale the Finance Systems organization, defining structure, roles, skills, development paths, and near‑term hiring or redeployment needs informed by skills and capacity assessments.

  • Develop and lead a prioritized, iterative transformation roadmap and translate Finance priorities into sequenced initiatives balancing foundational and high‑impact use cases.

  • Validate, refine, and govern the multiyear roadmap through a consistent operating cadence, including prioritized reviews, progress reporting, and communicating tradeoffs and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

  • Assess the current‑state Finance landscape—including strategy, priorities, pain points, systems, data foundations, and inflight initiatives—in partnership with Corporate IT.

  • Establish and maintain engagement and decision rights with Corporate IT, including RACI, governance, escalation paths, and coordination across architecture, security, integration, master data management, and data platforms.

  • Lead finance technology portfolio reviews and manage cross‑functional dependencies to ensure system compatibility, integration, and timely resolution of end‑user challenges.

  • Identify, pilot, and scale automation, analytics, and AI use cases supported by governed data, defined processes, and change management.

  • Retire or rationalize low‑value, high‑cost, duplicative, or underutilized tools and solutions.

  • Optimize run‑costs for finance systems—including licenses, vendors, and cloud usage—using a FinOps mindset.

  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance management across finance technology providers.

  • Drive adoption of new tools through training, enablement, and role‑based self‑service while championing disciplined, data‑driven ways of working.

  • Balance delivery, support, and innovation capacity across the team while fostering continuous improvement, collaboration, and experimentation.

  • Confirm and launch high‑impact near‑term initiatives that reduce manual effort, stabilize processes, and improve insight, ensuring early initiatives are grounded in standardized workflows, governed data, and change management.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:
