Responsibilities:

  • As a direct report to the Chief Risk Officer, you will help build and mature the Enterprise Risk Management Framework for the company.

  • This includes facilitating Enterprise Risk Identification and Assessments, Strategic Planning Risk Assessments, Business Continuity Planning, the Incident Response Plan, Risk Appetite and Profile monitoring, Policy Management, Risk Inventory and Heatmap, and Risk Training and Awareness for the organization.

  • Will serve as an Administrator for the company’s Governance, Risk and Compliance platform working with key stakeholders responsible for the Risk Programs that reside on the platform.

  • Serve as the organization’s insurance subject matter expert to ensure the company has appropriate insurance coverages in place, and timely notifications and claim submissions are made to insurance providers as appropriate.

  • Assist with the production of management-level and board-level committee, and regulatory exam materials.

Position Requirements:

  • This position is Remote.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience is Required.

  • 8+ years of experience helping support or build an Enterprise Risk Management framework and Risk Programs at a bank or credit union is Required.

  • 8+ years of prior people leader experience is Required.

  • Experience within lending or credit risk working within a bank or credit union is Required.

  • Background in working with or managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms; such as, Quantivate, NContracts, or Archer is Required.

  • Requires proficient skills to use Microsoft Suite applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
