Why Diverse Engineering Backgrounds Matter
Building great engineering organizations requires leaders who understand different contexts and approaches. Engineers who've worked in both startups and enterprises bring valuable perspectives on balancing speed with stability. Those who've led through technical transformations understand change management at scale. International experience helps build effective distributed teams.
We value engineering leaders who've taken varied paths - whether through different company sizes, industries, or technical domains. This breadth of experience translates directly into better decision-making around architecture choices, team structures, and technical trade-offs that impact our business.
