The role….

As the Vice President of Sales - ERP (EMEA) you’ll have the opportunity to use your entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to lead a growing team of Account Executives in dominating the Enterprise Resource Planning Software space.

We seek a highly motivated individual who excels at collaborating with team members and motivating them to achieve outstanding results. While experience with ERP systems is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a clear vision for the region and the resilience, adaptability, and creativity to achieve it. You will be results and data focused, and will have a strong commitment to coaching and developing the team for success. The role is home based with international travel as required. The ideal candidate location would be the UK.

What you will do…..
 

  • Key figure engaging with the market, serving as the authoritative voice and public face of our ERP offerings throughout EMEA.

  • You will lead a sales team across Europe with presence in France, Germany, the UK, Spain, Netherlands and more.

  • Forecast and drive quarterly business results.

  • Develop an annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.

  • Recruit,train and develop a high performing world class sales team.

  • Drive revenue growth by uncovering hidden customer needs and framing our offerings. as the critical solution to those newly recognized problems.

  • Focus on Installbase and Net New efforts and aligning with your team to drive and create pipeline growth and strategies.

  • Supporting sales cycles onsite with customers and prospects and engage in the art of the sale.

  • You and your team will leverage a suite of technologies to support your team's success, such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LiNavigator, Seismic and others.
     

Qualifications

What you’ll need….

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ Years of ERP Sales Leadership

  • 10+ years Sales, Marketing & PreSales experience in enterprise SAAS software sales, highly prefer ERP experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Mentoring and Coaching

  • Success in attaining and exceeding team quotas

  • Creativity

  • High Energy and a Competitive Attitude

  • Cultivates High Performing Teams
