Job Summary
You are a builder, a strategic thinker, and an exceptional writer. You are ready to be part of a growing creative department where you can make a visible impact through your leadership, point of view, and ability to turn complex healthcare challenges into clear, compelling ideas.
As Vice President, Creative Director, Copy, you will be a senior creative leader responsible for setting the conceptual and verbal direction across brands, campaigns, and experiences. You will lead the development of strategically grounded creative ideas and bring a high bar for writing, storytelling, craft, and brand voice to every stage of the process.
You will also be an invested people leader: a mentor who gives clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and active support; a manager who creates clarity, accountability, and room for people to grow; and a creative partner who helps writers and multidisciplinary teams do the best work of their careers.
You will partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategy, Account, Project Management, Medical, and Client teams to develop work that is distinctive, effective, and executable across channels. You will lead and mentor copy talent, help build a strong creative culture, and ensure the team produces work that is as thoughtful and precise as it is ambitious.
This role is for someone who can move comfortably between big-picture brand thinking and the details that make an idea land: a campaign platform, a brand voice, a headline, a manifesto, a patient story, an HCP narrative, a social-first idea, a digital experience, or a piece of work that needs to communicate clearly in a highly regulated environment.

- Serve as a strong, accessible manager and people leader who sets clear expectations, supports professional development, recognizes great work, and helps team members navigate challenges.
- Build talent intentionally by coaching writers at different stages of their careers, creating opportunities for growth, and helping people strengthen both their craft and strategic confidence.
- Raise the quality of thinking and craft across the department by setting a high standard for concepting, writing, storytelling, and presentation.
- Present creative work and strategic rationale with clarity and confidence to internal partners and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the right creative approach, staffing model, review path, and deliverables for each assignment.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment while protecting the quality and integrity of the work.
- Help identify opportunities to improve creative processes, strengthen collaboration, and bring the right talent to the work early.
