Job Details:
The Vice President of Client Success (VPCS) is responsible for improving revenue and profitability for select infusion clients, competitor analysis, strategic management, decision-making at the leadership level, business lifecycle guidance, participating in change management, collaboration with Health System leaders, and promoting a partner-driven atmosphere within CarepathRx.
As a key member of the CarepathRx Client facing team the VPCS will ensure partnerships align with clinical quality standards, revenue objectives, and operational scalability in a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- ·Deliver overall value to the client and management services organization (MSO)
- ·Establish and maintain relationships with Health System Leadership and key system-wide decision makers
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with the MSO’s long-term objectives and the Health Systems goals
- Serve as a key advisor to the President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Client Officer (CCO) on all matters related to contractual engagements and alliances.
- Enhance operational performance through collaboration with MSO (Finance, Admissions, Pharmacy, and RCM)
- Support the negotiation and structure of client agreements to maximize value for all parties.
- Establish and manage partner performance metrics and communication systems.
- Collaborate with Health System leadership to gain interdepartmental support
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners and oversee introduction and execution of these strategies.
- ·articipate in the planning and execution of annual budgets for MSO and Client
- Establish KPIs and partner performance dashboards/quarterly QA meetings to monitor success, impact, and ROI.
- Strict adherence to all Policies & Procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Track record of building and scaling Health System based business units
- Robust knowledge of infusion and specialty therapies operations
- Familiarity regarding alternate site of care for infusion and specialty infusion therapies including HOPD, AIS, AIC, and Home.
- Familiarity with alternate site of care strategies, biosimilars, and chronic disease management programs (e.g., immunology, neurology, infectious disease)
- Experience in referral generation and reimbursement models including Medical and Pharmacy benefits.
- Provide access to covered lives through expertise in supporting payor negotiations and pricing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with varying contacts and organizational levels to maintain all efforts of patient advocacy

Requirements
- 10+ years in healthcare based business units/joint ventures, network development, or business development, with a strong preference for infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, home health, or alternate site care experience.
- ·Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, PharmD, or related) strongly preferred
- ·Proficient computer skills in Windows, Excel, and other related software
