- Maximize marketing ROI by strategically managing the B2B budget and continuously optimizing paid performance, event spend, and conversion rates through data-driven decisions.
- Strengthen sales & marketing alignment through shared goals, ICP development, enablement content, and closed-loop reporting to accelerate conversion and upsell opportunities.
- Leverage analytics for continuous improvement by building robust reporting frameworks that translate data into actionable insights tied to business impact.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Extensive leadership experience guiding large, cross-functional marketing teams and scaling demand generation programs that support multimillion-dollar growth targets.
- Proven expertise in demand generation across channels including paid media, ABM, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing—delivering consistent pipeline impact.
- Strong background in sales enablement including development of targeted content strategies (blogs, case studies, videos) that effectively support the sales cycle.
- Hands-on success in event marketing with a track record of creating high-converting brand experiences via trade shows, hosted events, and webinars.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and retail marketing with experience driving B2B growth in digital marketplaces and omnichannel environments, aligning marketing strategy with buyer behavior and platform dynamics.
