  • Build data-driven case studies that position NeoWork as an AI innovation leader.

3. Build a Sustainable Competitive Moat

  • Design proprietary AI workflows that evolve into scalable 2026 service offerings.
  • Embed AI competencies into hiring, promotion, and performance review frameworks.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with AI platforms, research labs, or universities in Colombia and beyond.
  • Drive public thought leadership through whitepapers, conference talks, and industry collaborations.
What Success Looks Like

Within 12 months, the VP of AI will have:

  • Launched AI automations across at least 10 client accounts.
  • Reduced project delivery time by 40% while maintaining 95%+ quality scores.
  • Built 3 proprietary AI workflows as standard offerings.
  • Positioned NeoWork as a recognized AI leader through case studies and partnerships.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or PhD a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data strategy, including at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in implementing AI transformation programs across business functions.
  • Strong understanding of automation tools, data pipelines, and applied AI frameworks.
  • Ability to translate technical possibilities into business impact and client value.
  • Experience in people-centric or outsourcing environments is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Benefits
  • Opportunity to build a global AI transformation from the ground up.
  • Work with an executive team that values experimentation, mental health, and balanced leadership.
  • Access to cutting-edge tools and a collaborative cross-country team culture.
  • Competitive salary, annual performance incentives, and growth opportunities.
