Job Title: Remote Vibration Analyst – ISO Category III (USA)
Location: Remote – United States (U.S. work authorization required)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vibration Analyst with ISO Category III certification to support condition monitoring and reliability programs through remote data analysis. In this role, you will analyze vibration and related condition monitoring data from a diverse range of industrial equipment using an automated diagnostic software platform. Responsibilities include validating automated detections, refining diagnoses, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to internal teams and customers.
The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in vibration analysis, proficiency in leveraging automated diagnostic tools, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous analytical standards and high-quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze vibration and other condition monitoring data from various industrial assets.
- Review, validate, and enhance fault detections and recommendations produced by the automated diagnostic platform.
- Generate clear, concise, and technically accurate diagnostic reports tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure adherence to internal analysis standards, alarm criteria, and reporting protocols.
- Collaborate remotely with reliability engineers, fellow analysts, and customer-facing teams to inform asset health and maintenance decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Current and verifiable ISO Category III Vibration Analyst certification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on vibration analysis experience in industrial settings.
- Strong proficiency in:
- FFT spectrum analysis
- Time waveform analysis
- Envelope/demodulation techniques
- Thorough understanding of rotating machinery design, operating principles, and common failure modes.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on technical accuracy and clarity.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale condition monitoring programs or centralized remote monitoring centers.
- Proficiency with remote analysis workflows and digital reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies and programs.
- Previous experience providing diagnostic support in customer-facing roles.
Work Environment and Expectations
- Fully remote position aligned with standard U.S. business hours (with occasional flexibility required).
- Non-routine travel may be necessary for specific initiatives.
- Candidates must maintain reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, professional remote workspace.
- High accountability for diagnostic quality, report turnaround times, and data integrity.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 76,700.00 - 128,100.00
