The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.

As a Remote Vendor Support Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage vendor relationships, ensure timely issue resolution, and maintain smooth operational processes with external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries and support requests
  • Track and resolve vendor-related issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendors meet operational requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve vendor processes and relationships

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, operations, or customer support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
