Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated VDR Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and strengthen relationships with key clients, with a particular emphasis on Virtual Data Room (VDR) and Private Client Portal (PCP) transactions. Acting as the principal point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, promoting engagement, identifying cross-selling opportunities, providing product demonstrations, and supporting revenue growth through effective VDR/PCP implementations.
Location: This position is fully remote within the Continental United States.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $90k and $105k, depending on experience level.
Primary Responsibilities
- Successfully on-board clients and walk them through the VDR and the set-up process.
- Maintain expert understanding of our VDR and capabilities to best serve our clients. Guide the client by recommending best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all transactions and deal-related information for assigned accounts. Monitor health signals on transactions and proactively take steps with internal resources and/or clients
- Collaborate with clients to identify cross-selling opportunities and optimize revenue generation.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at major client organizations utilizing our Virtual Data Room solution.
- Understand client business objectives and develop tailored strategies to align VDR services with their specific requirements and goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and support throughout the VDR transaction process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and marketing to ensure seamless and successful VDR implementations.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and manage expectations to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop custom reports as requested.
- Remain informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to VDR transactions to deliver expert advice to clients.
- Learn and be able to speak about SRS Acquiom’s other M&A products with clients and prospective customers
Required Qualifications & Skills
- At least 4+ years’ experience in a client-facing capacity, such as Account Management, Relationship Management, or Client Success, preferably within the SaaS, Banking, or M&A sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with large clients and overseeing complex, high-value transactions, ideally involving Virtual Data Rooms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Documented history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with robust organizational and account management abilities.
- Driven and proactive approach, with the capability to operate autonomously and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Understanding of financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or legal procedures related to due diligence is considered advantageous.

Physical Requirements/Special Demands
- Must be available to work standard business hours and occasional nights/weekends.
- Travel may be necessary, up to 10% of the year, and may not be scheduled in advance (estimated once per quarter)
