$99,900.00 and $196,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$72,000.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Identify, recruit, and develop qualified Value-Added Reseller partners to expand Spectrum's reach and generate new revenue
- Prepare and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns targeting Fiber and Complex COAX sales with Value-Added Resellers
- Organize and conduct training programs for Value-Added Resellers to ensure expertise in Spectrum business class products and services
- Develop and implement communication strategies with partners to drive market awareness, promote new products, and activate sales incentives
- Provide comprehensive sales support by assisting partners in closing business, serving as a single point of contact, and engaging resources for complex deals
- Monitor sales trends and resolve challenges impacting Value-Added Reseller performance
- Participate in industry events to cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships within the channel

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5-8+ years of sales experience
- 5-8+ years of indirect sales channel marketing experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Demonstrated skill in prospecting and managing Value-Added Reseller relationships
- Proven success in selling Voice (PRI, VOIP Applications), Data (TDM, DS3, OCx, Ethernet services), and managed services
- Extensive knowledge of equipment vendors including Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco and others
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
